The Lions returned to league action today away to Bedford Panthers, and won in quite convincing style, new boy Chay got the Lions off to good start putting us ahead early on in his debut, and once the boys settled they managed to dictate to a battling Bedford side who gave their all, but Newport were not to be denied with Chay adding to his tally, just as Santino, Archie and of course the main man upfront Charlie getting in on the goals too, well done boys, you never looked like dropping any points today.
Good luck to Chris and the boys at Bedford Panthers, a good footballing side, who have been a great new addition to division 1.
