Newport Pagnell 1-1 Quorn - UCL Prem

The Swans earn a point against Quorn via Beefys long range shot!
These sides proved well matched as they shared the spoils for the second time in a fortnight.
Newport started brightly with Jared Cunniff firing wide early on, but Quorn took a 23rd minute lead against the run of play.
It was a well worked goal with Liam Turner finishing well from a squared pass by Denis Moran.
When Newport replied Keith Williams scuffed a chance wide after combining well with Matt Broomes.
Williams fared better after 34 minutes, firing home from 30 yards with goalkeeper Andrew Simpson helpless.
Right on half time a fingertip save by Swans keeper Josh McAdoo kept out an Anthony Marriott free kick which deflected off the defensive wall.
Simpson saved well from Ash Farmer on resumption while Turner failed to convert a Marriott free kick free kick at the far post.
Simpson went full length to save a low Farmer shot after Jack Croxford created the opening, while at the other end Pradeep Bahrey put a free kick wide of the target.
Sam Maude tested Simpson with a fierce strike and Croxford missed a great chance to win t for Newport, firing over from a Broomes ball in from the right.
